Training and Experience
Emma is experienced in counselling adults in the voluntary and charitable sectors, in addition to working in private practice. She offers both short and long-term counselling to adults aged 18 and over. Emma holds a diploma in psychodynamic counselling which is accredited by the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and validated by the British Psychoanalytic Council. She is a registered member of the BACP and follows their professional and ethical codes of working.
Emma practices psychodynamic counselling which offers her clients a non-judgmental, supportive and confidential environment in which to explore whatever issues they wish to bring to counselling. Emma’s psychodynamic training enables her to help clients consider underlying reasons for present difficulties and offers the opportunity to change unhelpful patterns of behaviour.
£50 for regular 50 minute sessions for individual clients. Introductory session at £30.
